Mathletics is a digital resource used by more than 5,000 schools across the UK. It is proven to significantly increase levels of student engagement, confidence and motivation and to improve attainment and progress in maths.
Mathletics supports the delivery of the maths curriculum with 1,400 adaptive activities, plus eBooks and interactives across all year levels. Courses follow the programmes of study for the England National Curriculum, Scottish Curriculum for Excellence plus national curricula for Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Courses are broken down into topics representing major areas of focus within each year, including pre- and post-assessment, all mapped to curriculum requirements. Teachers can use Mathletics to customise the content to cater to any learning style. The content is flexible enough to be used for classroom use, group work, discussions, investigations, one-on- one learning and self-directed learning. Teachers can assign work for a single student, a group or a whole class based on results.
It also offers teachers powerful diagnostic reporting and assessment tools and Mathletics has also been shown to effectively support a mastery approach; help foster a growth mindset towards maths and to build parental engagement.
Mathletics can be used on both PCs and tablet devices.
